Fall Break=Sweet Georgia 🙂
It’s been 5 months since my family and I moved to Georgia and it’s just now starting to feel like home. Maybe it’s because I’m in Jackson, Tennessee (which I’ve known all my life) 3/4 of the year now. Either way, I loved being there this weekend. I saw a few of my friends and FINALLY got to see my brother play football with his new school. This week was homecoming and even though I didn’t graduate from Trion, it sure did feel like a homceoming to me!
I’ve also started listening to Christmas music. My roommate calls me a rulebreaker because it isn’t after Thanksgiving yet. I do agree that putting up decorations before Thanksgiving is absurd, but listening just brings joy and anticipation!
Oh there’s no place like home for the holidays…
